If your second pizza isn't cooking as well as the first, you may have lost heat.
- Keep the door on and the scoop in the hopper
- Add a few minutes of reheating time between pizzas. This will give the Stone the chance to reach its optimum temperatures. We use this time to keep an eye on the hopper levels and to prep our next pizza)
- Add pellets to keep Uuni burning. Pellet level should be halfway up hopper (so the scoop can sit inside without touching them).
