First, check that your Uuni Pro is ready to be fired up: open the chimney and ceiling vents and put on the door you want to use. We recommend using the door with thermometer for the best results.
Fill the grate with pellets and insert this in to the burner body. Use a gas blowtorch through the side hole or Uuni Firelighters to light them. You can also use a small amount of odourless barbecue lighting fluid if you prefer.
Once the pellets are lit, gradually add more until you reach almost the top of the hopper. Keep them topped up to this level while your Uuni Pro preheats and throughout your cooking session.
